Update: In the process of stress testing our main net we were able to significantly improve the maximum gas per block to 8,000,000 However in the process of doing so we were able to identify some additional updates we need to roll out. Further testing has confirmed this. At this point we are putting together a schedule that will see these proposed upgrades roll out as soon as possible. These updates are all in the name of chain security and resilience to attacks. Whilst it’s impossible to edit chain data, but with some effort it is possible to spam the network enough to make it crash. This is an inherent risk of a zero fee blockchain and therefor unique to our technology. Eth and BSC as kept safe from these types of attacks by the cost of the gas that must be used to crash the chain. We cannot rely on this false sense of security. So we have to extend the frontier of decentralized consensus in a fee free environment. And we can only do this through trial and error. So you can see that the upgrades we are going to carry out are crucial to the future of zero fee crypto payments. In summary this means that the mainnet will be shifting between useable and unusable states over the next few weeks, much as it has been for the last few weeks, and it will continue this way as we proceed with our work. Kindly bear with us and rest assured once we have a better idea of time lines we will make them known to you. We apologize for any inconvenience and we promise to be as fast as possible.
